My Secret

Yesterday’s Zumba fitness class was very rewarding to me. It was a great turn out, there were smiles around the room, laughter and of course a lot of shaking!

The people in our Zumba fitness class are awesome, but like many of us they are dealing with some kind of stress in their lives in some way, shape or form.

I heard someone in our class say that Zumba gave her a chance to relieve a lot of the tension from every day life. She said she loved the fact that I was full of energy and how I motivated her. What she doesn’t know is that I have a secret.

What the people in my class don’t know is that I feed off their positive energy. All the smiles, the laughter, and the booty shaking makes me literally jump all over the room.

They ask me where all this energy comes from and I always say it’s the music. While that is also true, the next time I am asked ..my response will be that I get it from THEM.
